Read here some of the reasons that Wolf’s M Series Contemporary oven won the coveted Innovation and Design award.

Wolf’s M Series Contemporary oven incorporates many innovative features with a sleek, handle-less design; previously unseen in Wolf’s product line up. Simply press the horizontal stainless steel flush trim and the hydraulic spring and damper door (designed to avoid the slam of oven doors) effortlessly floats open, revealing the vast 125 litre capacity, cobalt blue porcelain, curved back oven cavity.

The curved back design of the oven cavity is an innovation which creates even more usable interior oven space. At 125 litres, it’s our largest yet. Even the oven racks are designed with the same curved back, snugly fitting the cavity, to exploit every litre of capacity. Perfect for large joints and multiple dish cooking.

Wolf’s new and revolutionary Dual Verticross Convection provides consistent heat across all oven racks. Two vertical, corner column fans with parallel vertical heating elements work in concert to provide just the right heat and airflow for any type of cooking. Providing faster pre-heating times, via improved heat saturation and distribution, for consistent results, sooner than you thought possible. There is no need to adjust racks or rotate pans; the advanced dual convection system delivers the most consistent cooking results ever.

With three halogen lights in each oven, including one in the oven ceiling, along with large pane, triple glass windows designed to stay cool to the touch even on pyrolitic clean mode; you have a clear view of your cooking at all times. Easily monitor the progress inside without having to open the door and disturb the cooking process.

Wolf’s new automatic Gourmet cooking mode offers foolproof meals. With Wolf Gourmet, a menu of almost 50 pre-sets automatically controls the cooking, making commonly prepared meals quick and easy, from roast beef to lasagne or even double-crusted cherry pie. Gourmet tells you the correct rack position to use, sets and selects the ideal cooking mode and adjusts the temperature on its own. It even tells you whether or not pre-heat and resting times are required. You just sit back and wait for a perfectly prepared meal.

Additionally, nine other cooking modes also provide predictably delicious results. Precisely control heat and airflow, providing just the right cooking environment for everything from braised short ribs to classic chocolate chip cookies. The full ten modes are Convection, Bake, Roast, Broil, Convection Roast, Gourmet, Proof, Warm, Dehydrate and Bake-Stone.

A colour touch screen makes controlling basic oven functions as easy as ever, while providing advanced control that standard button interfaces can't, such as choosing from a library of pre-sets in Gourmet mode. The screen also disappears when not in use, highlighting the flush contemporary design of the oven.

The pyrolitic self-cleaning mode even tells the user to remove racks and guides, prior to use. Just press a button and the Wolf M Series oven perform its own cleaning ritual. After the four hour cycle, all that’s required is to simply wipe any ash or powder away with a soft cloth.

Wolf’s quiet close doors not only take away any unwanted slams they are also designed to be strong enough for the lower oven rack to integrate onto the open door for easy and convenient stirring and basting, without lifting.

Approved and certified as Sabbath and holiday compliant by Star-K Kosher certification. Meeting strict religious regulations in conjunction with specific instructions found on www.star.k.org, the oven can be used over religious holidays.

Bursting with so many design innovations and combined with strong manufacturing quality, high performance and consumer led features, it’s seems that Wolf’s M Series Contemporary oven is set to win the hearts of cooks and home chefs, as well as awards, for some time to come.
